1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jilit Casino ("jilit," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the jilit website, mobile platform, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, depositing funds, accessing any game, or otherwise using the jilit Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with jilit's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the jilit Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity registering on behalf of a third party.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of jilit or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or licensed game providers.

• You must not have had a jilit account previously suspended or permanently closed for a violation of these Terms.

jilit reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Provision of false eligibility information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active jilit account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If jilit identifies multiple accounts associated with the same individual — whether by device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, identity document, or any other indicator — jilit may close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bonuses, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and valid government-issued identification.
• Keep your account credentials strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• Notify jilit immediately via live chat or at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Complete the jilit Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process when requested. KYC compliance is required under PAGCOR Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations. Accounts that fail to complete KYC may have withdrawal functionality suspended.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits. jilit accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso (₱) 100. jilit charges no fees on deposits; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction charges, for which jilit accepts no liability.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to jilit's anti-money laundering obligations. jilit reserves the right to require additional documentation before processing a withdrawal if deemed necessary for AML or fraud-prevention purposes. Standard withdrawal processing times are:

• GCash and Maya: within 5 minutes for verified accounts
• Bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank): same business day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST)
• Other methods: within 24 hours

4.3 Currency. All transactions on the jilit Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jilit does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

4.4 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is considered dormant. jilit reserves the right to charge a dormancy administration fee of ₱50 per month against dormant account balances, following thirty (30) days' written notice to the registered email address.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the jilit Platform are subject to specific terms stated at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and eligible game contributions. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion.

• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other player account.
• jilit reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Any attempt to abuse a bonus offer — including through the use of duplicate accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or exploitation of technical errors — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom, and may result in account suspension.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds in excess of any stated maximum withdrawal cap will be forfeited.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the jilit Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited for fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are disclosed in the respective game information panels. jilit does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence the result of any certified RNG game.

Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in accordance with the rules of the respective game. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round that prevents the round from concluding, the affected bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's account. jilit's decision regarding game malfunctions is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilit Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players in card games, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer context.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) as amended, or the Terrorism Financing Prevention and Suppression Act.
• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms.
• Using the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair jilit's systems or networks.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to jilit at any time.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the jilit Platform without prior written consent from jilit.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions, even if jilit has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jilit's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilit does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. jilit shall not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from third-party payment provider failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events outside jilit's reasonable control.

11. Suspension & Termination

jilit reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• jilit reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• A self-exclusion or regulatory directive requires account closure.
• A chargebacks or disputed payment cannot be resolved.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within ten (10) business days.

12. Amendments

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the City of Manila, Philippines, without prejudice to jilit's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
